If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
First of all, all our taoorb products are handcrafted from natural precious solid wood or jade, and each piece comes with a completely unique grain. Secondly, we will carefully verify the order details and conduct strict quality inspections on every item before packing and dispatching. If the taoorb you receive does not match the product you ordered, we will immediately arrange a reshipment for you. You are not required to return the original incorrect item at all, to minimize unnecessary hassle. We will mail you double the quantity of the correct product to fully make up for the loss caused to you.

We have Taoist health preservation culture learning centers across the world, fully equipped with local warehouses.
