About Shipping & Customs Duties<\/h1>

To deliver an excellent shopping experience, we offer free shipping and duty-free service (only available for eligible countries).<\/p>

International Shipping<\/h2>

We have no control over customs procedures and shall not be liable for any possible delays. We will send you tracking information immediately once it becomes available.<\/p>

Uncontrollable factors (such as natural disasters, public holidays, weather conditions, peak e-commerce seasons, etc.) may cause shipping delays and transit congestion.<\/p>

While most packages arrive on schedule, our carriers may encounter exceptional circumstances and delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as delivery matters are the responsibility of logistics carriers. This explains why packages to the same delivery address may arrive at different times.<\/p>

If there is no update to the tracking information after 30\u201360 business days, we will resend your package.<\/p>

Processing Time vs Shipping Time<\/h2>

Please note that processing time (2\u20135 business days) is separate from shipping time and counts towards the total delivery period. Orders normally take 2\u20135 business days for processing (inspection, packaging, handover and dispatch to the logistics provider).<\/p>

Once order processing is finished, our logistics provider will collect your package for shipment. You will receive an email with online tracking details, and you may check the status with your tracking number on our website.<\/p>

In rare cases, processing may take longer than expected. Lead times may be extended during holidays, promotions or other busy periods. We will do our utmost to process your order as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.<\/p>

Modify Shipping Address Before Shipment<\/h2>

If your shipping address has typos or auto-filled errors, please reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct details. Email us immediately at service@blazestones.com. We can correct the address within 24 hours.<\/p>

Modify Shipping Address After Shipment<\/h2>

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to see whether they can assist with rerouting your package. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address at checkout.<\/p>

Package Discarded by Carrier Due to Incorrect Address<\/h2>

If your package is discarded by the courier because the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, regretfully we cannot issue a refund for the undelivered package.<\/p>

Damaged Package in Transit<\/h2>

We ship all orders in premium gift boxes plus thick shock-resistant & burst-proof packaging, with cushioning materials inside the parcel. Even so, customer feedback shows approximately 1 out of every 1,000 items may get damaged due to rough handling during transit.<\/p>

    Order Cancellation<\/h2>

    Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours after placing your order (send email to service@blazestones.com). Beyond this window, your order will enter processing and packing and can no longer be cancelled.<\/p>

    Cancellation Fee: A 5% cancellation fee of the total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway refund processing charges. If your order has already entered the packing stage, an additional $3 fee will apply to cover warehousing, picking and labor costs.<\/p>

    Non-cancellable Orders: Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. We recommend customers double-check all details before confirming checkout.
